Through deep thought i found myself asking myself, what bad design and good design was. I referred to Michaelangelo and i remembered this quote The greatest artist has no conception which a single block of white marble does not potentially contain within its mass, but only a hand obedient to the mind can penetrate to this image.

I found myself thinking, the body is a tool, sort of a machine that controls the medium. Im a fn of benny gold. he does alot of sketchwork before he puts his designs onto tees or prints or wherever.

Today i bought a Margiela wallet. Okay, its high end and what, im falling for the finer things in life now. No disrespect to Streetwear.

Back to Design. The wallet is designed in a not everyday style. The leather reacts to heat, its black with shiny gold edges. You are probably thinking, so what it reacts to heat and changes color. Aint nobody gonna see that, well, I will and thats what makes me feel nice like any other artist or designer or fashion lover. I did not buy it because it reacts to heat. It was more like the name, no1 cannot agree, it was the establishment and the following of the designers philosophies that set the mind to fall in love with the design.

P.s. just as i am writing this i will be putting my feet in a pair of vas chukka syndicates, when I no longer thirst and hunger for streetwear.
